Cancellation and Rescheduling Policies
At Sambodhi Wellness, we understand that sometimes plans change. To provide the best service to all our clients and manage our schedule effectively, we ask that you please review our cancellation and rescheduling policy carefully.
Cancellation Policy

Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours prior to your scheduled appointment.

If you cancel less than 24 hours before your appointment, you will be charged 50% of the consultation fee.

This policy helps us accommodate other clients who may be waiting for an appointment.
Rescheduling Policy

You may reschedule your appointment as availability permits.

Please notify us as early as possible to increase the chance of securing your preferred time.

Rescheduling requests made less than 24 hours before the appointment may be subject to the same cancellation fee of 50%.
No-Show Policy

If you fail to attend your appointment without any prior notice, you will be charged 100% of the consultation fee.
